Why join my Zoom Tribe?
Allow me to fast-track you to a fit, firm and beautifully toned body! You don't need to lift ultra-heavy weights or work out on expensive gym machines. All you need to know is the correct exercise technique and form.
In my Zoom classes, we'll use a fusion of weights, bands and kettlebells, in a variety of combinations to ensure you get a strong workout, including cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and joint mobility training.
My goal is to take the guesswork out of your training, forget about it, and simply show up. The best part? It's only 35 minutes, 3 times a week.
