I will guide you on how to get real and effective results with my unique training tips. The goal is to reverse ageing by gaining valuable muscle, which is the key to long term weight loss. In addition, regular joint mobilisation will keep your joints young, healthy, and happy. You’ll also learn the secret of my QuickTone8 11-minute workout which promises to burn more fat off your body than running on a treadmill for two hours. 

There are nine varied workouts (not hundreds of confusing routines) which you can rotate and enjoy. Repeat them as often as you need to until your muscles adapt to working with good form, and then join me on Zoom.  

I’ve cleverly packed everything into time-efficient results driven workouts of just 35 minutes, three times a week.
