There are practically billions of beauty products in the world all professing one thing; to make you look younger and more beautiful. And when my gorgeous friends show me the latest skin creams or eye serum, I am often tempted to buy them, as I do believe in a good skin care regime.
Skin regimes aside , I truly believe this can be triple enhanced by feeding your body from the inside out.
And one such “inside-out” regime gaining huge popularity with health-conscious consumers is lemon water and with good reason; research has produced multitude benefits of waking up to a simple glass of lemon water in the morning.
Let’s take a look at the benefits of drinking lemon water and should you consider adding it to your daily routine?

Anything that enhances or stimulates the liver has my vote! Our liver is referred to as the master gland in the body and in Chinese medicine it is considered ‘King’. While lemon water is one of the safest drinks you can drink, the acids in lemon can eat away at your tooth enamel. You can however prevent this in the following ways; drink lemon water before brushing your teeth – the overnight bacteria will protect your teeth. Keep the water warm and not hot so you can drink it quickly. Have a few swigs of water after your lemon water and swill it around your mouth.
